Spring is the perfect time to update and freshen up your wardrobe. Pretty pastels and bright floral patterns were all over the runways for spring fashion. Here are a couple of trends to be on the lookout this season:
Whether it is an off-the-shoulder look, or shoulder cutouts, everything from daywear to evening dresses are showing this trend. J. Crew sported an elastic version, while Balmain chose to pair it with ruffles, for a really romantic feel.
Speaking of which, ruffles are a trend on their own this season. Ultra-romantic and feminine, these accents make any piece look delicate. Some designers are showing this trend with transparent tops and others, on tiered skirts.
Expect to see suede on everything—shoes, handbags, and jackets. We especially like the fringed suede bags that are popping up everywhere.
This look, which is inspired by artisanal techniques, features shades of indigo, mixed patterns and bright tapestries.
Stylish Active wear
From the gym right to coffee with friends or a shopping date, today’s activewear is meant to go way beyond clothes you wear when exercising. This spring, look for bold colors paired with raw silk and classic jersey materials.
A staple for spring and summer, this year’s maxi dresses feature a slit up the side or a really bold, fun pattern. Easy to wear, and even easier to pack for a vacation.
Two of Pantone’s Spring 2016 Colors that are really big are Rose Quartz, a pale pink and Serenity, a pastel blue. These colors will be seen not only on clothes, but on accessories and nails too! Our nail lacquer in Go to Pink is the perfect complement to all of the spring shades.
